​Warren Brusse is an accomplished real estate development specialist and engineer with over 20 years of leadership experience across the real estate, supply chain, logistics, and consulting sectors.
As Chief Executive Officer of Zebinvest Real Estate Development, Warren leads the delivery of transformative leasehold, mixed-use, and residential developments across South Africa, with a strong focus on strategic partnerships and long-term community value.

Warren’s expertise spans the full real estate development value chain—land use applications, concept and detailed design, procurement, construction, and project close-out.
He is recognised for his ability to orchestrate large-scale, complex developments by leveraging deep technical knowledge, extensive industry experience, and a trusted network of seasoned professionals.

He currently serves as the Real Estate Project Manager for Sunbird, Riverlands—a flagship R750 million (USD $40 million) residential development comprising 410 apartments, developed by Zenprop and Signatura.
Prior to this, Warren held the position of Real Estate Development Manager at Amdec Property Developments, where he oversaw projects valued in excess of R15 billion (USD $800 million), including major urban regeneration precincts such as Harbour Arch and Melrose Arch.

Warren’s experience also includes serving as Strategy Director and Head of Real Estate for DHL Supply Chain Africa, where he led a R600 million (USD $35 million) investment into state-of-the-art logistics and industrial real estate assets.
Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at Ernst & Young, Imperial Logistics, Colliers International, and Knight Piésold Consulting Engineers, where he managed multidisciplinary teams and advised executive leadership across sectors on real estate, infrastructure, and operational excellence.
